Reflection
Learning the ability to communicate a story through visuals and text was the most influential from this project. In the beginning, I was struggling with coming up with ideas for a story that could be depicted effectively through my composition. However, after listening to my instructors’ and peers’ feedback, I started to think more about what made my animal special — ostriches are tall, powerful, and protective. Thinking about these ideas helped me to come up with a composition that effectively communicated a story.
